Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood

Huge improvement over the previous version. This production team seems to have a much better grasp on how to present relatively chronologically disjointed source material in the most effective manner. As long as the SD shots are kept to a minimum this should be more enjoyable than its source, let alone its failed predecessor.

How is Episode 3? I just finished downloading it. Waiting for my friends to come over and do the FMA Drunk Before 5 Monday.

Episode 3 was awesome. This new version is just freaking epic. Unfortunately they threw in some humor where it didn't belong again which hopefully doesn't become a big habit. Next episode is about Nina :D Should be awesome.

I have to admit I looked the first series better so far. This one is just jumping around no story behind anything that has happened.
(click to show/hide)Like episode 3 they show up fix a radio, talk to rose about what is in the human body for 3 minutes, fight the main priest, trick the main priest episode over. I really enjoyed this episode on the first series though it was a let down this time around.

You don't think they are doing that specifically so the people that have already seen the series don't get bored since they already know all the secrets and storyline? If it were the same storyline, in depth, and trying to hide secrets that I already know I would easily get bored with the series.
