Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood

Mistgun_Zero:
Well I am not arguing and understand how many feel since the first version was pretty good, but FMA: Brotherhood should be actually considered as ORIGINAL since this is the real story and that which follows the manga.

The first version, which was really good indeed (also one of my fav) followed the manga closely but had a different yet good ending since the story was not finished by then, hence not original, but an alternate version.

I have to say, while the animation was good, I had really hoped for a bit more. If I can be selfish, maybe in fate/zero level. It's not like they couldn't, they could but they instead decided to have minimum requirement and went as far as to animate it only in 576p <rage>.

Well all in all it's still one of my fav of all time.

Nodame-chan:
Well everybody calls FMA 2003 original basically because it took an original route and didn't follow manga. :P I think it depends on how you interpret the word "original". ;)

So that's why Shinsen's episodes looked so awesome and why the blu-ray only looks decent..
