Yes, Of course there is a Tomoyo route in the game. There's a route for every character: Misae, Sunohara Siblings, Yukine; you name it, they have it. Why? Because that's how a Visual Novel is made :D
Kappei is a random character that is introduced in the visual novel. You don't see him in the anime.
Also, Little Busters! is another KEY/Visual Art's visual novel. Go read the Wikipedia article on it. I think it's really good. But yeah, I wouldn't mind seeing a Planetarian movie either.
Finally, I'm looking forward to Rewrite. Anyone else?

Well, I'm having trouble running the game. Is it because I'm on 64-bit?

See the bottom of that page, it mentions something about 64-bit. I bet they didn't do shit for 64-bit users. How can I run this on 64-bit?
