Character look-alikes and anime repetition

Well anime is a word which refers to JAP animation.Like all animations it has different genres,with different characters.It's a deep genre,and sometimes when you watch something,you have a feeling of IT'S THE CHARACTER FROM X/Y/Z.And sometimes the main idea is repeted
Let's try to compose a list(1st come the caracters organisations,under them the name of the anime):

Goku,Naruto,Satoshi(Ash)-all baka-kind of characters,which use the power of friendship to overcome the problems.
DB(Z) Naruto Pokemon

Gendo Ikari,Seno Myagi  Kurama    Treize Kushranada-the type of heartless kind of guys,which controll the fate of humanity.
NGE    Blue Gender        Elfen Lied Gundam Wing

II 4-5-Girls grouped as following
1st-chilldhood friend
2nd-the young girl,which is the joker/poser of the group
3rd-the shy girl
4th-the badass girl which kicks the main character,but has inner deep feelings for him
5th-the mature girl,upper-classmen or teacher

The tough main-character(friendship and baka-ness included,but not present all the time)
Inuyasha Yami-Yugi-well these guys are tough...when they fight.Between the fighting scenes they are just as heart-loving as any character

The cool guy
Kaiba   Kakashi-You get quite few on-screen minutes of him,because his cool.He's there just to tease you,but when he does get some episodes...
YuGiOh Naruto
The first villan

Pegasus Zabuza Mewtwo-his job si to make you curios,just like Benjamin Button.He dies or he is ripped of quickly,ussualy in the first episodes or first movie.

The Great Tournament
Chuunin-Exams Budokai-Tenkaichi Pokemon-League(all of them) Dark Tournament-ooo,now the character is really in trouble!He must win to advance/get-item-fulfill dream/save the world or it's going to be bad!

Everything is repetition, if you name something and then slowly take it back a bit and further you will eventually just find out everything is the same but with a twist (our modern day interpretation)

Everything is always repeated look at history.


And on the other side of things, of course things are similiar, its because it sells well, so obviously they're gonna continue the same course of action.

There's also a lot of repetition in Azumanga-type anime. I'm thinking of Lucky Star, Hyakko, and K-ON!.

Basically, you have clichés and repetitions everywhere... Doesn't necessarily mean that sth. is bad. Oh and: Shônen>so-called "deep" animes

I know that anime has had for the longest time the oversized eyes, the girls who have a bod for sin and the face of a ten year old, but I think that since Air came on the scene, we have seen alot of these types of girls (and not saying it is bad, it is just been seen alot) As in Kanon, Clannad etc.
Again I am not saying it is bad, as I know how popular all of these are, it is just nice to see the faces match the bodies once in a while.

Oh yeah, tvtropes is quite amusing.  I didn't realize just how much certain things were repeated until I started reading every link I could click there.
