any cool black or foreign people in anime?

Look at the old guy next to the drum player in the bottom right hand corner (in the first picture).
He might as well be a cousin of the guy in the picture below that one.
Brazil is 40% "Brown" (NOT in reference to indigenous peoples since most were killed off by disease) which means that 40% of the population is at least part-black.
The reason why there is so much booty in Brazil is because of the Blackness.
Brazil is awesome and Black. End of story!
But then again people will say if Blackness causes booty why aren't there enough Bubble booties in Africa. Well that's because Africa doesn't have any food. The gludious maximus like any other tissue in the body needs fat cells to grow. No food = No booty, regardless of genetics.
Man I should change my occupation to Bootyologist.

I have rarely, if ever, seen a Black or Latino guy with a cleft chin! (Much less anyone under the age of 30)
