I've started to watch it now, I just finished episode 6. The comedy is all right, but the main motivation for watching this anime is "how" good it'll be once those 20 episodes clear up. 9 out of 10 people says the same thing, that it'll be awesome after 20 episodes. I've been thinking about one thing; was Daily Life Arc supposed to be longer? Did AMANO Akira originally intend for Hitman to be like this? To have characters introduced like this, and then change the content so drastically. Also, there's not a sense of logical fighting so far, far from Bleach and Naruto standards, especially after seeing Shippuuden 143 this week. I lol'ed at Hibari fighting Goku and Takeshi in episode 4, was it?
EDIT: I'm on episode 19 now, next episode will be interesting. I hope the content will be satisfied actionable. These 19 episodes have been very hard to watch. I travelled by train this weekend, and saw some episodes. My little brother was watching this thriller, and I was watching this.

I'll edit this once I finish the Kokuyo Arc.
EDIT2: It seems like a lot of stuff from the manga hasn't been used for the anime, mainly talking about stuff from the Daily Life arc....maybe that was a good idea.
EDIT3: I have to ask, where the anime is now, does Yamamoto Takeshi still think everything is a game?

EDIT4: Oh God, they've censored Hitman. On Animesuki there was a lot of people complaining about that when the anime began to air in 2006. Now I'll definitely read the manga.
EDIT5: I went from the end of the Kokuyo Arc, and started to read the manga from there, Oh God, it's so much better. I'm now on chapter 94. I think I'll just read it to the latest chapter, and then watch the anime if I feel like it, although the anime seems to be censored, it has strong points. Even though the manga is better overall, it's still interesting to see something you've read get adapted into moving pictures.
Some people on Animesuki was exited over Artland doing this anime, I honestly can't seem to share their excitement.
