something with hundreds of episodes, like Bleach, or Legend of Galactic Heroes or something...that way you could extend your life by years. (implying from the premise that your death would hold off until you are done.)

I probably would have to go with Saikano, because with an ending like that I would rather just /wrists then be left with that dilemma. haha
