I think the order is this, looking at the file names:
Broken Angel
Kaijin
The Angel's Promise
The Angel's Choice
if there's a missing chapter, it would be the first.

I read in the torrent's comments that Floser's translation isn't very good :(

Is it that bad? Or is it enjoyable at least? The series looks good but I don't want it to be ruined by the translation. I should learn Japanese one of these days ;D

It's very good ... with a sad ending.
You know .. now I think about it, Blue Drop is missing bits and pieces and unexplained things. That's whats bothering me. Such a great series that lacks these things. =/
