In my ongoing
quest to ensure that HD content on Box has SD alternatives, I've run into a stumbling block with
.hack//Roots. We've had the
HD version by za warudo on Box for years -- in fact it may have been the first HD upload on the site. But there's no SD fansub version; the torrent listed under Alternative Versions is a dual-audio R1DVD-rip.
In the interest of keeping group consistency, I'm requesting zw's SD/XviD version, because I haven't been able to find it anywhere else. If that can't be found, the next best option would likely be Shinsen-Subs, although they did hardsubbed .avi for SD. There's also an XviD/mkv release by LuPerry, and an h264/mp4 release by ASource, but AniDB ratings and comments indicate that those two are not as good as SHS or zw.
