Yozakura Shijuusou ~ Yozakura Quartet
mgz:
the show wasnt terrible, but it definately wasnt good.
I personally dislike that character design but thats just me.
It just felt like they went nowhere with it, and well not much was accomplished the entire series
quekmeister:
It would've been better as a straight slice of life + supernatural themed series with episodic plots.

Yes, yes. That was clearly a good way of pointing it out.

Apparently, there's going to be another adaptation.
I did enjoy the plot of the manga more then the anime, so it's pretty good news - and more Kotoha is ALWAYS welcome(oh, and by the way, if someone saw the anime more recently then me, is it stated at any point that she's a lesbian? I think I only read that in manga, but I might have forgotten.)
Curious thing about that new anime though, it's made partially by people with little experience: Ryoochimo Sawa only directed one episode of Hanamaru YĆchien so far, Yu Kobayashi has much more experience as a seyuu than a member of the staff, and Atsushi Suemitsu doesn't seem to have any experience composing background music. And for a second I though Tatsunoko Pro was a new studio as well - until my brain started working and I realized it's Tatsunoko Production. Why ANN lists it as a separate entity, I have no idea.

I really wonder if Chihiro is going to sub this or not. I mean, Chihiro pretty much only subbed the first season because I could use a ~ symbol in the filename. >.>
Maybe it's actually going to be good this time?
