Ritsuko Akagi . . .people say probably Seele, gendo or misato shot him. . .
but comon!? misato? HA! she loved him plus she wanted to know the truth also

Fuyutsuki? ha! hes too old
Nerv or Seele? probably.  . . well this is a really like probability .. . . (*seele*)

but then. . . what about the scene when he is shot?
