Japanese Curry -- What is your recipes?

Well, in the end, it's all about what works, isn't it? And anything can work wonders for anyone.
I recall having a lot of fun with the most butter sogged mashed potatoes (omg it was so smooth) and using it as a dip for regular flavored ruffles chips. DAMN it was good :)
Like I said... anything works.

No. That sounds awful.

Onion pie I can kind of understand. But personally, I don't like many salty and sweet mixes.
By the way, curry fishballs are great. Another good thing to add to curry. :)
And if you have a nice thick curry, if you have leftover sauce, it's quite tasty to slather it on a hotdog in a bun. Instead of ketchup and mustard... CURRY! :D
