Japanese Curry -- What is your recipes?

Personally I like to use grated apple in my curry to give it a sweet flavor. Tho' I haven't ever made a japanese styled curry, specifically.

I've heard of that. But never tried it.

Apple chunks on the other hand I've tried in curry... but I wasn't the one who made it.

Well, now I'm trying to make Miso Soup ...

What is Dashi? ... I am not understanding what it is.

It's just fish soup stock. You mix it with the miso soup when making to bring out the flavor, but I don't remember the order anymore.
