You can't kill what's already dead. Zaraki's a shinigami or death god, I doubt a death-note's death god could kill him :P

Zaraki never finishes anything quickly, he enjoys the fighting too much. As for Zaraki vs. Tousen, I do remember the fight. However I don't recall Tousen sticking his arm through Zaraki's heart. The fact that Zaraki can eat a lot of dmg doesn't change the fact that Chidori is a killer move.
As for Goku, I left him out on purpose. He levels up every time an enemy arrives that's stronger than him. If Goku fought Zaraki Kenpachi, he'd hit SSJ5.
