I have never watched bleach and am a good 30 episodes behind on Naruto, but I gotto go with Kakachi because I don't mind saying he's a cool character ::)

Zaraki would win unless Kakashi backed off to come up with a plan. Then Zaraki would get bored and get lost with Yachiru giving him directions as to where to find Kakashi. Sure Zaraki wouldn't give up if he got a peek at what is under Kakashi's headband and idea of what a fun fight it would be.
Might get so lost he ends up fighting Goku somehow.
