if you are talking about the Kotatsu scenes then it was intended, the BDs version is so damn much better in all this detail :D
it's so close to being hentai in that scene that it hurts XD
was watching it with my gf and she had this look when Saber was with Shirou in the movie theater and was so tranced into it XD
epicness should be watched in BluRay quality XD

for the most part yes, I didn't watch all eps yet, just wanted to re-watch the Kotatsu scenes in BD, as they were seriously great, but any scene in BD in this show is simply funny as hell with the girls attempts to seduce him, I laugh at everything, especially when Riko did the police lines with spelling errors :D
I'd give her +50 point for the idea alone :) and another +50 for the effort :)
