That basically tells you everything you need to know.  :p

It's called a dectop; they were made just before netbooks came around.  Uses a Geode processor running at 366 mhz and can run windows CE or pretty much any linux. It came with an internal HDD, which I replaced with the flash drive it's running off of -- bonus points for no moving parts.

I could probably think of a dozen uses for one of those.   I looked into PC104's way back when - for different automation, inventory control, shipping, and other kinds of (business) applications like that.

The other thing I could think of - is to get a waterproof case for that and put it in the back of a toilet.  

Toilet server FTW.

Yeah, I looked into it.   Apparently the thing is $99.00 + overpriced shipping?

Their damn store is offline ATM, for "15 minutes" according to the site.
