For those who buy anime...
Untamed:
Where do you buy it at? I'm mainly interested in getting Sailor Moon, although it's expensive as no other.. >_> Except for buying it bootleged, which I already did of the first season, I wouldn't mind, except the audio quality sucks..
Anyway, where do you buy your anime?
MTR:
I never really understood the point of buying bootlegs. The money typically never goes to the company as it is, so you're better off just downloading it and burning it to DVD yourself lol. I have been tempted to buy bootlegs before, just for the art, but I haven't been able to bring myself to do it though.
I usually order my anime from Amazon Marketplace because they usually have a pretty good deals on Used items (even though it's considered Used, all of the anime I have purchased from it has been nearly brand new), but for out of print and highly popular titles such as Sailor Moon, the prices are high no matter where you go. I did a search on Amazon for Sailor Moon and the DVD sets are pricey. Some of the singles aren't too bad though, same with VHS.
I also order from TRSI, typically their Bargain Bin when I can get things that Amazon has priced higher.

There's another thread like this from a while ago, might wanna look that one up.

amazon.co.jp
rightstuf.com
play-asia.com
I personally would purchase the ones I really like, and as long as they are not released/licensed by the companies that dislike fansubbing. We already know who they are. I don't support them, and never will support them.

I've just started watching anime, seriously anyway. What companies are anti-fan subbing? I don't speak/read Japanese which kinda makes it hard to buy imported anime unless it's english... haha. (BTW, I didn't know the seasons of Sailor Moon I bought was bootlegged, and didn't until recently until I thought it through.)
