The Kinokuniya Bookstore has a whole floor of manga with a pretty decent English section. If you're ever in SF or live nearby, check them out...

when i do make purchaces, if the product is still being sold, i use Amazon.

and here in Seattle, or Tacoma if go north an hour, we have the same bookstore inside the Uwajimaya Grocery Store, which is the best place for Asian imports of all kind. the manga/anime section is half the store alone, and you can get food after you shop, if you're ever in Seattle.

Usualy Amazon, tho you can sometimes find a good deal on eBay as well. F.E. I got there a 1st generation Transformers DVD box set and it only costed me around 40$ (with shipping expences).

And naturaly - animecornerstore.co m and animenation.com

I also am a rightsuf supporter, I just pre ordered the Gauken Alice complete set, so I can not wait until it comes in,  and If I cannot get a DVD with at least english subs, well I just do it myself....   once you do it once or twice, you will have no problem subbing a show, it just takes a little time

and sadly 99 percent of the DVDs I want are only in japan with out subs, so I have been busy
