Toshokan sensou (Library War)
Tatsujin:
One of my favorites. Loved everything about it. Still need to see the new OVA.

The OVA is old news ;)

(click to show/hide) that bit in episode 3 with the reporter? I mean, the whole show is about libraries fighting censorship, and then the military wing of the library forces this reporter to delete an embarrassing picture their new task force member? I know a few photo journalists who would've been up in arms over that. Not only is it censorship (irony, anyone?), but it's also illegal.

(click to show/hide)I just rushed through the episode so my comment might be not 100% accurate. But I think they asked the reporter to delete it because Kasahara doesn't want her being in the LibFor to be public especially known to her parents. That's why her superior asked the reporter to delete it.

I don't know. That still strikes me as pretty shaky grounds for having her delete it, especially since it wasn't a request. The whole "noble spirited paramilitary organization" shtick is really starting to wear thin, particularly with how they resolved the conflict in episode 4. They're just a bunch of bullies throwing their weight around, even if it is for a good cause.

It's new to me x.x ... I saw the "OVA" like two weeks ago and I'm like "sweeet!" and just waited for it to be uploaded on BakaBT.
