Omishi Magical Theater Risky/Safety

Not long ago Risky Safety was removed from DNU list. Right now it's almost impossible to get your hands on it, so I would be very grateful if someone who already has it could upload it
O-A/V-A would be great, it's the most widespread version anyway.

I was going to upload that, but I decided to wait for Kotomi to finish it instead. Advantages of Kotomi over V-A/O-A:

all .mkv > .mkv/.ogm mix
h264 > XviD
VFR > CFR
AC3 > vorbis
Vobsub*+srt+ass > srt+ass

*Kotomi includes options for full subtitles and song/sign only, V-A/O-A only has the full/main subs.

Yeah, Kotomi clearly is the best version.... but there hasn't been any new release for 4 months now. The problem is that there is no website/blog or channel (at least anidb doesn't list any) to check the official status of the project.
Does anyone know their last statement?

I've been unable to find the OA/VA version (VA's bots are gone), so if anyone has that version, please upload it.
