After seeing that original description, it is kinda obvious how Saber got her design.

But anyway this is what I wanted to talk about, the Type-Moon's 10th Anniversary. There is some kinda Illustration Contest for it or something like that. Here's the Pixiv link. (I still have trouble using Pixiv since it's all in Japanese, though chrome's translate makes it a bit more easier).

I like that awesome dress of the Type-moon character's. Hopefully they release a Artbook with those illustrations.

It's kinda sad/ironic that 12th april is their anniversary, three more days and it would have collided with my birthday. But still it's in April, that's kinda close enough for me. Something nice from Type-Moon would make a nice birthday gift haha

Well, she does look great in most of her clothes, and I have a thing for these kind of dresses too (and Yukata's).

I don't really care much but if they release an art book i want lots of images of the following:
-Sakura
-Saber
-Ilya
-Rin
-Rider (Sakura's)
-Caster (FSN)
-Irisviel

In many many dresses !

I'd make wallpapers for those and would be so happy

Not a single post for 2 weeks ? Surprised no one made comment about Kotomines creepy smile. Looks like there will be an episode about Kiritsugus as a kid next episode, Could be interesting.

A part of me doesnt want to continue watching, I dont want to see what happens to Iri =(

So Fate/Zero is finally over, didnt really like episode 25 because I knew what was going to happen and shirou doesnt deserve to exist but 24 was pretty damn badass.

Really hope they do something with Tsukihime (or maybe Melty Blood) because I really think everything about it is better than fate, characters and story are both way better but Japan has something weird for fate and barely knows Tsukihime exists =/

Probably because Type-moon splurged much more money on advertising Fate franchise instead of Tsukihime or Melty blood. But them adding it in Carnival Phantasm means they do consider it.

Still, there are much more fans of Melty Blood than you realize, check major image hosts like zerochan and the likes, or deviant art or even sankaku and safe/gelbooru for fanart images.

It's just that Fate series is slightly more popular probably due to the VN and it's characters and Type-Moon sure knows how to milk their cows.

oh my fucking god I can't take this anymore ... Type-Moon, DAMN YOU, DAMN YOU, DAMN YOU! Each episode is 10 times better than the next. Episode 12 has my blood rushing so fast in my veins just seeing the scene before Saber and Irisviel going inside that mansion. As soon as I saw it I knew it was the mansion used by Shirou and the others in Fate/Stay Night.

Fuck this is so damn good. The story follows so well. The graphics and action are absolutely stunning. <3 ufotable.

Oh my god this shit follows the story TO THE CORE! I remember the pictures and scenes Rin had with her father and the magical knife that was handed down to her. I can't fucking believe it ... Her father actually gave it to Kirei and then Kirei gave it to Rin - that's how that knife came about in F/SN. Am I right? Damn this is really good. Ep. 17 and going.

Kirei said it that he received the knife from him and now he hands it to her in her flashback in FSN VN.

But yeah, seeing it here and reading it there is awesome. I like most of the stuff, even the point when in the park on the other side, when Shirou and Saber stop at some ruined ship or something and Saber says it's her fault this looks like that, because she was careless. It was the fight with Caster where she used her Noble Phantasm on the river, a ship was caught up in the blast. Incredibly consequence in storyline.

Anime of Year 2012 - Fate/Zero

Couldn't ask for more from Type-Moon and ufotable ... Excellent anime, excellent anime to the very core ... Also, the blonde hair guy with straight cuts in Kiritsugu's past from the Mage Academy is a cross-character from Kara no Kyoukai.

Now, they need to work on Heaven's FEEL. I'd like that to be a TV series. I mean, the story's length in the VN is a combination of Fate + Unlimited Blade Works stories.

I've also got some news on how Fate/Zero was developed, or at least what the whole crew did to make it this damn good. They busted their asses off to make it happen - from the Seiyus, animators, musicians, audio crew, and pretty much all of them after the story-board was set in place. They worked through the holidays for the 1st season (I don't have a clear time frame for that) as for the 2nd season, they worked on it from late December of 2011 all the way to late March / early April right before the end of the first season as it was airing.

HOOOOLY F**K!!!! DAM THIS SERIES IS AMAZING.

I will confess right now that i DO NOT go to forums and talk about tv or anime, but every now and then theres this one show that makes think HOLY **** THAT WAS AMAZING! THIS IS THAT ANIME. I mean EVERY character is SOOO amazing, so well thought out, SOOO GOOD. Its like closer to reality, everyone has their own story and no one, ok may be not "no one", but still, almost no one is a complete bad guy. similar to basilisk (one of the reasons I loved it so much). and you just want like multiple people to win, but you already know whos gonna win and survive

...... because of the previous series that is....

any ways ya this series is definitely getting a 9/10 rating by me, and if it gets any better, it will be the 8th series I give a 10/10...

If you mean Fate/Zero, did you play the Visual Novel ? if not you should definitely give it a go, especially after watching Fate/Zero.

lol don't mention prototype yet ... I'm anxious to see what they're going to do with it. They're making a shit load of money from just putting "Fate" on anything world-wide. ufotable and Type-Moon are working on two series at the moment - the new Kara no Kyoukai movie and Girls' Work. I really want them to remake Fate/Stay Night, I understand most people say "yea the anime is fine" but literally it isn't fine at all. The anime series mixes all three routes and ends it with Fate route, besides the fact that the story wasn't presented well like in the VN and the animation is horrible (forgot who worked on it, definitely wasn't ufotable). Anyways, another Fate project should arise soon ... hopefully.

@ death_relic - btw, just as Havoc said, go play the VN. It's already up on Nyaa, search "Fate Otakixus" and it's the first link. It's still been seeded for more than a year and a half. The benefits? Everything you want to know about Fate, characters, story, ... everything is inside of it.
