You must post in this thread if you've downloaded an anime based off of a random gif or other image that caught your attention.

Hm, you made me curious. Do you have the gif? ^^

It was just a quick gif that showed Lelouch going "Lelouch Vi Britannia orders you. Die", etc. in episode 1. That caught my attention and got my interested in a series I was intent on avoiding at first.

I found Karin from searching for the Maburaho OP theme song through google, it lead me to a youtube AMV of the full song Ichiko - Koi No Mahou with a bunch scenes from Karin and thought it looked good. Researched Karin and am soooo glad I found that AMV cause Karin is within my top 5 favs.

Wish I could find that AMV but wasn't able to find it after some 5-10 mins of searching.

I was intent on avoiding it as well. But one day I got drunk.. or maybe I just got really high... either way, I did a quick search on box to for something to watch and arranged it by what had the most seeds.

I then proceeded to watch half of Code Geass non-stop before passing out... or maybe I just took a long nap..

Almost all the anime I watch is from random gif.'s that pop up on this site or elsewhere. I find descriptions spoil the fun, I like to just see a funny/ecchi gif and go from there.
That said when you (anyone) post a random gif. somewhere in this site if you could please mention what anime it is from that would be appreciated.

There's also the image of Takeda Shingen of Basara scaling a wall, I started watching after seeing that.

The one with the pancakes is from Hitohira. I basically saw a gif of that girl making a billion pancakes, and pouring syrup on them last night. I was like... "WTF??" I then proceeded to read the description on ANN, which I've now forgoten. I've completed the download off of box, so... I guess I'll be watching some anime which may or may not be about pancakes.

Machine gun cat is from Okusama wa Joshikousei. I actually remember what the plot is for this one, after looking it up. It's about a highschool girl who's married to her teacher. That's it. I'm only watching this to see the machine-gun cat. If the series sucks, then the hell with it. I'm just hoping machine-gun cat isn't on the last episode...

Both torrents can be found on box, BTW.
