So the ISP I work for has been doing surveys on costumers for every tech support agents to determine their level of satisfaction. They have to chose between very unsatisfied, unsatisfied, satisfied and very satisfied, but the only result that is not considered a failure by the company is "very satisfied".
My personal score was 93% "very satisfied" which is the 7th best score of the whole company (the average is 75%). I hope that counts as an acheivement.
