You can use a bbCode template, and people have initial seeded with much less bandwidth.

I'd forgotten how terrible TMnet is for speed, and am currently getting all my stuff back up at home. God, leaving your desktop to your sister for nine months is a bad idea.

I'll try and get the offer up ASAP, but even with initial seeding, it won't be very quick.
