Toradora, Eureka Seven, and Suzumiya Haruhi were all incredible, but I think almost every Squaresoft/Square-Enix RPG game beats them all (FF8, FF9, FF10, Star Ocean, etc.)

For me it's a close call between ToraDora and Chobits, with ToraDora winning ever so slightly. I'm going for cuteness here, not hotness, mind you.

other than that, l liked most of kisses l saw in anime but the ones that made most impression on me are the ones in Bible Black because of artwork in that anime/hentai, l'm gonna repeat this as always, BB is the best made anime ever, even tough it's hentai, artwork is superior.
