Web Host Reccomendations?

Hey Fellow BakaBT-ers,

I've been kicking around the idea of creating a website for my music.
Still not 100% sure about it yet...

I was wondering which web hosts you guys have used or which you would recommend.
Bandwidth needs would be rather basic for the time being, and I'm "planning" on making this site in Flash.
It would mostly be used for hosting music and song downloads.

Any other tips/ideas/suggestion as I get started on this thing?

Don't use SimpleHost. They have shit for uptime, their server has a 50% chance of supporting PHP at any given time, and they are overpriced. Also, on several occations they took my site down for alleged copyright infringement even though no one was threatening with the DMCA and all my contents was legal or the artist did not care (and gave one of the other admins of my site and interview).

I use 1&1 for all my hosting needs. They have sufficient tech support, enough features, and a good price.

Depending on your needs, I've got some spare server space. It would help me lower development costs by sharing rent. ;)
