Trying Linux for the First Time, and Need a Little Help

I've always dreamed about making a UNIX only game that would kick enough ass to make tons of people wanna use *nix. Though I know I don't have the current talent or resources to do such a thing... :'( I'm not the naive type that thinks he can make a kick ass mmorpg in one month(or even a few years) all by him self...

I've had similar dreams... my head has been swimming in all kinds of ideas for an MMO for years now. I wish I had a ton of money and a team of programmers to make it real >_<

If only right? It would help to realize 2 of my biggest dreams: 1) help slay MS, 2) build some really cool software for the community
I guess I just have to hurry up and become the millionaire I was always meant to be :D

Apparently I was right to avoid all MMORPG's. My mind is still sane.

Consoles helped wean me away from windows. I hated using software that I didn't want to only because I was bound to it for playing video games, but since it seemed like the only thing being actively pushed for a pc that you couldn't get on a console that would run it better for cheaper was nothing but those korean mmos. Plus I can't stand windows T_T
