White Album's source was indeed very bad. I remember idling in THORA several months ago when adenozin posted a screenshot of the raws. It seems like they were planning to do them but decided not to because of the source.

the eureka 7 source is incredibad too :(
there is no gain at all if you go from dvd to 1080p bluray - besides ~950mb less space (per ep!) on your harddrive :o
i prepared a little quiz for you: which one of those two screenshots is the 720p bluray encode? the other one is a 480p dvd encode.
nr. 1
nr. 2

1st one. It has more details available.

Ah, my bad, it's OZC Anime, I always get those two letters mixed up for some reason. Anyway, the website can be found here.

They've done a blu-ray rip of Char's Counterattack, and are currently working on Zeta Gundam. There's also OCZ Anime, who's doing some dual-audio blu-ray rips, mostly of mecha stuff. Dunno 'bout Seto Otaku & Aquastar though.

Seto Otaku released the first few episodes of ef - melodies. Aquastar did the same, but unlike all other groups, did a 1280x720 XviD version as one of their versions.
Southrop:
Aquastar has been lacking in staff for a good period of time already. They've been having troubles keeping their projects afloat, especially fansub projects.

Thanks. They seem to be okay, the dual audio thing though is kinda pointless though since it will delay them on their projects. Plus the new English dubs are just getting worse; Geass had terrible Region 1 voice acting. It's also too bad they are just repeating what is a already available. Need some groups doing new stuff.
