Do you really believe that we do not have half a dozen subs lined up right outside of North Korea that they can't detect? How about that sub Ace was reveling about that we rented from whichever Scandanavian country that kicks the shit out of our entire Pacific Fleet? You also believe that South Korea, the more technologically advanced, does not have a missle defense system?
we dont need em right outside N korea

we have dozens of them around the world that cruise for 24/7 365 once every 6 months crews change each one of these subs has the ability to obliterate N Korea

Here's a 4chan inspired anti-rage comic I made using the N. Korean crowd pic on the yahoo site as my muse.

Some funny video of North Korea showing their military power:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VE5hliKUcLA

Do you know what they are saying at the beginning in those big blue fonts? 'LOOK AT US!' LOL!

And then there's the military chant that comes with its own lyrics lol. I'm gonna translate it just for a laugh. The irony is unbearable.

Yes please do that. Holy shit, their main battle tanks are old T-64 models. Even former USSR countries have scrapped them and replaced with newer ones (T72, T80 or T90).

Seriously, that military hardware belongs in museums, not on the battlefield.
For one thing, Tiff is not on any level what I would call a typical American.  She's not what I would consider a typical person.  I don't know any other genius geneticist anime-fan martial artist marksman model-level beauties, do you?

Here it is.

The Great leader shines! We are the sons of our Supreme Commander! Relentless is our strength, we fight like thunderstorms. Who dares to defy us?

Look at us! Look at us! Look at us and stand proud! We are the invincible Korean People's Army!

No matter which enemy seeks to defy us, we shall always stand firm and never waver! Worry not your brothers, or your parents.

Look at us! Look at us! Look at us and stand proud! We are the invincible Korean People's Army!

Victory!     (It's what they are shouting at the balloon scene lol)

Victory!

Victory!

For peace, for freedom, we take up arms to fight as heroes! If the devil dares to defy us in battle, we shall utterly destroy him!

Look at us! Look at us! Look at us and stand proud! We are the invincible Korean People's Army!

We are the invincible Korean People's Army!

Some North Korean figures of speech were unfamiliar to me, so I had to ask my mom but her words are also difficult to translate into English   >.<

I shortcutted some parts and used more literal words to compensate. So forgive me if some of the phrases don't sound as arousing as you expected them to be.

Hmm from what I heard the people there are brainwashed enough to actually believe it... I wonder where I heard stuff like that the last time... ah yeah right... there was that small european country that tried to make war with everyone at the same time (though their equipment was better than that >_>).
I feel somewhat sorry for those people when they finally come to realize that all their propaganda and glorious talks were nothing more than that...

Now who honestly thinks each and every person in North Korea is brainwashed to follow King Jong Il until death. True a large part of the population propably is, but I personally find it hard to believe that the vast majority would be. That just sounds like crappy western propaganda to me.

i never said entire population, i said large masses, which you would be surprised at how many people who were born into the regime and thus have had the mindset crammed into their head and people who simply are just sheep

May you explain how they got through the DMZ? N Korea is a communist country, so that means no one gets out. The borders are full with mine fields, barbed wire, ground and air patrols etc....

The same applies to the US as well. Its funny to see how different yet alike are N Korea and the US.

If the diplomatic talks fail and an all out war occurs, it will get really messy for the civies in S Korea. The US will undoubtedly bombard N Korea to dust, but not without big civilian loses on the S Korean side. And even if you have subs in place to destroy the arty emplacements, the missile needs time to travel, while the arty can be reloaded in half a minute... The only possible thing to do here is to evacuate the border cities, but damn thats a lot of people.

And never underestimate the enemy.... what happened in the last Korean war? The US almost got their asses kicked....

Thats because china was interfering as well and had around 900,000+ troops there as opposed to NK's 260,000. The Soviet Union also had troops there but the majority of them were training the North Korean troops. Though however some soviet pilots were flying the MIGs.

I'm sorry, where did communism = a prison? If those borders were so chocked full of mine fields, barbed wire, group and air patrols, please explain to me how 2 US journalists got in? Also, how do Cubans get to Florida from their communist regime? How about all those NHL stars that got out of Soviet nations?

But if the borders are just covered with all the things m4tko listed, it would be impossible for them to get in, just like it's impossible for the citizens to get out.
