I completely forgot about this game! You're right it would be awesome. But given the amount of controversy it generated back then with crappy graphics imagine the furore that would erupt now.

I would also add that seeing games like Day of the Tentacle update would be pretty good.

Half-Life is already being updated to the source engine, I can't wait for Black Mesa to finish.

Settlers 2 is quite an amazing game. I used to play this demo I had for hours. I'm sure there's a bunch more that I just can't think of at the moment.
FF7 and Fate/Stay Night in HD?! ... >_>;;

Back when I played Oregon Trail, I only found 2 parts to be fun. The hunting and the river rafting. I really didn't give a fuck if one or two people died of scurvy or dysentery.

If they re-did it with today's graphics, they'd have to do some serious work on the in-between. Like maybe put some Indian attacks in there, where you'd you'd have to circle the wagons and FPS some Indians with a musket or something.

Either that or turn it into a visual novel, to make it more personal. Have cut-scenes where "Mary" is coughing up blood...

NDS is not a system, it's a souped-up tiger electronics handheld for kindergartners.    I want my remake to require a 40" HDTV or better OR GeForce 9X series+ & 2GB ram.  

BTW.  

R4 FTW.   DS Sux - and I learned just about every game for it blows thanks to the R4.

I don't know about redone, the graphics were pretty perfect the way they were, but I'd love to see all the Ogre Battle games and FFT on the PSN and Xbox marketplace.  I'd pick those up in a second.

Word. That game was great. Played that on the Saturn at a friend's house a few years ago. He told me the game itself was worth about $150, it was so rare...

MEGA MAN SOCCER! Also they should make a mega man mortal kombat type game with all the bosses (1-9) Heck the possibilities are endless with what they could do with all those characters
