Bugs Bunny & Taz - Time Busters. They don't need to change anything, just put better graphics and I'm all happy. Ah, to just think about playing this in coop with friend or someone again... awesome.

Just scribbling down ideas as they come up (Note: these are all DS ideas):

- A Donkey Kong Country 3-in-1 would be golden.
- A Mega Man collection of some sort would be great.
- A Smash TV remake or port
- Super Mario All-Stars because it's Super Mario All-Stars (+World would be grand)
- Duck Hunt
- The original N64 Mario Party titles (remake, of course)
- Classics etc. (Zelda, Metroid, and anything Konami released for the NES)

It's a little about nostalgia but also about getting old games to run on new OS's I have a couple of games that won't run on anything newer than windows 95, which is almost 15 years old, so it would be nice just to pop in the game and play rather than having to run a separate computer or dual box/Virtual machine (and that still requires you to have a copy of the OS as well)

Chrono Trigger,
So the one for the DS wasn't good enough?

I thought it was pretty well ported.

Yeah, it's a great port, but I still don't really feel that it has been brought quite into the 21st century. Then again, I don't know what they could do with that masterpiece of videogaming without damaging some part of its charm... Perhaps RPGs are best left in the golden age of RPGs, you know?
Still, more love for CT is my vote!

I just renewed my subscription to PlanetSide after I left the game 5 years ago. Hopefully there will be more than a dozen people playing  :D
All you have to do is study it out. Just study it out.

Got to agree. Much as a lot of these games (especially a lot of RPGs) would look uber redone, they'd also lose some of the charm that they originally had.

I just wish people would stop pining for an FF7 remake, whats done is done and Squeenix should just focus on making stuff for the future, 7 has enough tie in stuff to put me off it already. :/

A 7 remake would be superior to any tie-ins.  That's because 7 had a pretty much perfect combat system, story, and a lot of difficult side quests.

I'd like to see Ghost Recon 1 redone but only graphic wise and maybe some other stuff that would be kick ass

Legend of Dragoon (needs to be remade, and needs a sequel)
Legend of Legaia
Zelda Ocarina of Time (all time favorite 64 game)
Mystical Ninja Goemon (1st 64 game so cheesy that I feel in love)
FF IV, VI, and VIII (7 doesn't need a remake, and IV's remake was DS crap though it had its moments, VIII had the best story IMO)
Fallout 1 (Just the graphics not gameplay)
TES: 1 (Impossible task, but I want it with better graphics :))
Dark Cloud (yeah it deserves a redo)

and finally this crappy old dos game called Castles II,  I loved that game occasionally I still fire up the dos emulator to play it.

Yes, yes, yes all of those for me too.

I was just playing Road Rash on the 'ol 64 the other day. Those ultimate bikes were impossible to control. They really should remake this game. Where else do you earn more money for beating the crap out of bikers, running over pedestrians, and knocking out cops all while riding a motorcycle?

From Synapse Software, "Zeppelin", "Rainbow Walker", and "Necromancer", 'cause they were just a lot of fun.

From Atari (before Crap Tramiel), "Star Raider" (Master that crappy joystick, dammit!  Shields?  We don't need no stinking shields!)

From Big Five, "Miner 2049er", 'cause it was just a lot of fun.

By Bill Williams, "Mind Walker" (Let's take another freaky psychedelic trip)

From Lucas Films, "Rescue on Fractalus" (where shadows approaching the ship could be lost survivors or NASTY FREAKIN' ALIENS!  Way cool!)

From Microprose, "Kennedy Approach".  Y'know, being an air traffic controller is a pretty neat job.  Let's see what happens when we get a loaded Concorde into restricted airspace... wheee!

"Empire" and "Empire Deluxe" and "Rogue".

Funny thing.  When graphics were crude, game designs seemed so very engaging.
