I'm a guy myself, and since I'm straight I don't really find any male characters hot... But there are some that I find cool.
For example, a lot of characters voiced by Tomokazu Sugita: Kyon, Yuuichi Aizawa from Kanon, Takumi Mayama from Honey & Clover.

Nobody said Ryuji (Toradora)? I thought he was a pretty cool character compared to the normal boring romance anime male lead. Kitamura was sort of cool too.
