I only know because he's mentioned early on in the manga. I haven't read anything beyond what's been physically released in English although the manga has since fallen behind the anime in that sense

Juvia is also looking really nice, dunno why but she is really attractive, and the reason Gray is avoiding her, is probably because he does like her, that is of curse my opinion, don't know if it is like that or not.
I'm still wondering though, even though it does look cute on Lucy, why is she the only one with a pink mark?
Will that be explained later on ?

very likely, but I did not mind the Lucy event this episode (50) even if as a filler, it was a good one :)
