That is weird, cuz so far I see black emblems on everyone, I may be colorblind, but black is black, and pink is pink, and only Lucy has different color on her.
Type of magic doesn't matter, the experience matters, be it a wizards fight or a fist-fighters fight in a ring, the one that has better experience and skill wins, raw power rarely wins over experience, Natsu is an exception, he is simply dumb :)
Lucy's lack of battle experience is evident, but the reason she didn't know that Scorpio and Aquarius were dating, well, did you ? Just because she treats her spirits as friends doesn't mean they will tell her all their secrets, their life stories or anything they don't want to talk about, the reason why that other Celestial Wizard knew could come from Aries.

They all (maybe not all and not always, but most of the time) have more or less different colour marks. If I am not wrong Natsu has redish, Gray has blueish, Erza has some colour I dont know it is called, but not really black.
There is no denying that Lucy has some power as she was able to summon all that Spirit King stuff or what it was (all that stuff with Leo) and she is able to summon 2 spirits at the same time now and then (usually the wrong ones). If she was a proper wizard she would know stuff about spirits. I mean she did have few of the keys when she came into picture and she did not do any kind of research on spirits she does have or the spirits she wanted to get. Once she even managed to lose her keys.
But I do not think that her uselessness is the mayor reason why she is disliked. She just is annoying. All anime have to have annoying character. It's like Naruto have Sakura, One Peace have Usopp and Bleach have Orihime... Most of the time they are quite useless AND annoying but they do come around and do something really nice, now and then even saving everyone

Usopp is actually the real hero of One Piece, no shit. I can't believe you're comparing him to Orihime and Lucy. It's true he's the most helpless of the Straw Hat crew, but compared to Orihime and Lucy? No way.
Imo, Lucy's uselessness bares some of the guilt, but her voice actor is also incredibly annoying. She just doesn't pull off a voice that makes me laugh when she tries to say something funny. You know those who can say stuff that isn't funny at all and still make people laugh? Lucy's VA is not one of them.
In many cases, Lucy's reactions is a reaction on behalf of the viewer, she's the normal person surrounded by abnormal ones.

I still don't see a reason to dislike her, I hate big breasts and I pass it off on Erza and Lucy.

Well he is in the same character group :)
The only char I would be happy to see dead out of these 3 is Sakura :D Lucy isn't that bad
