I have an English dub of Techno Police 21c but the quality is pretty bad (looks like 4th or 5th gen VHS tape).

Psychic Wars is relatively easy to get (the SSP-Corp version that is, I'm trying to find the sub version)
edit: Actually it seems like this title was on box earlier, not sure why its not there. A lot of titles seems to suffer this same fate. I remember downloading the English dubs of Tosho Daimos from here but now it seems to have disappeared.
