Bakemonogatari
GoGeTa006:
guys enough about reality. . .
lets get back into bakemonogatari

So I've just watched episode 3 (yes, welcome to two weeks ago, me), and I'll be damned if this isn't one of the most uniquely entertaining series I've watched. The dialogue has serious wit infused into it, like Horo and Lawrence in the present day. The bits with Mayoi at the end was hilarious. Ah, Hiroshi Kamiya in two SHAFT series this season, I'm happy, not to mention Chiwa Saito does an amazing job with her moderated yet cutting tones as Senjougahara.

Two weeks behind? No idea how you could do that. I think I have watched each five episodes at least three times because I could not get enough.
It's, so far, the second best anime I have ever seen after ef.

Self control and the desire to download each episode once and only once. That said I watched the first two episodes several times each. Besides, it's not like I don't have other things to watch. Just things which aren't nearly as entertaining. :-\
I don't think you can really compare this with ef, besides the fact that they're both by SHAFT and Akiyuki Shinbo. However I can see that most SHAFT productions have a unique kind of charm about them, at least the past few that I've watched. I really can't wait for next season's Dance in the Vampire Bund. It's been a long time since Shinbo's worked on anything this serious.
The best anime overall for me is probably Natsume Yuujinchou.

The 6th episode's supposed to air today or tomorrow, right?
