Just marathoned this, bloody awesome!
Also yeah, as mentioned in earlier posts, I had the initial feeling that those colour slides were in there to play on viewer emotion, as well as another way to portray the feel of a scene, for lack of a better way to describe it than has already been done. Red and earths = warm, blues and monotones = cold, basics of what I can remember. An average person wouldn't need to know this, in order to feel it.
Noticed some similarities to old/indie films with those text cutscenes, I have a feeling they were really there to add artistic effect, even if it was influenced by lack of funds; it seemed a good way to deal with it, I didn't personally see it detracting from my enjoyment.
...neither did it stop me from pausing like a madman just to read through. *whistle*
Who knows? Perhaps some text scenes or colour scenes were there entirely to troll us subtly? In which case, HA. It has certainly opened debate, which turns to publicity.
Of course, these are just my opinions, not used to these forums (or any at all). D: Usually read through posts here while I watch anime, because you guys make me laugh. Might make it a point to mark out which ones. =)
Looking forward to Kizumonogatari, although it's no Senjougahara fix...
