that's what I have been pondering.... I know qIIq is a good group, but i just have groups i have become accustom to - e.g. Frostii, m.3.3.w., Menclave, Shinsen, etc.
I'll give them another 36 hours and then just go grab qIIq's release

...I'm kind of torn. Up until the ritual started I was stunned by how awesome it was, and pretty much fell in love with Hitagi. Then we learn of her past, ok, kinda predictable but still not bad. And then comes the end, her story is resolved, and Hitagi acts nice. Damn, I hope she gets back to her usual self by the next episode, or rather, I hope she'll actually be in the next episode. Introducing that awesome character for two episodes only would be the biggest waste imaginable.
On a side note, I hope Shaft's next project will be porn.

The description on aniDB already stated that our guy meets different characters with different "problems" so I guess that she as well as the other still-to-be-met characters will at least appear in the upcoming episodes. But yes, I share your wish to see her again.

There is no way anyone would ruin a character like this in that manner; no doubt it'll be business as usual come morning. If anything I'd expect them to end up a couple; seeing as she's evidently not afraid to show emotion when it counts, there's little doubt in my mind that she'll dragoon him into a relationship (since she clearly likes him, and he's not going to have much say in the matter regardless. Though one'd have to be strange not to want her...) and that she'll remain a fixture in the series.

Oh, she'll be there. She must be! One of the arcs will probably be a flashback focusing on the class rep's issue; either that or some form of relapse.
As for the little girl, are there any theories? Is she related to the female in the intro (or even the same entity?), or is that too obvious of a device? Seeing as they're both blonde and evidently shares a past of some sort with both Oshino and Araragi, it seems like a plausible theory at least. There's also the (so far at least) very limited cast, making it likely that every character servers a real purpose. As long as Hitagi's around though, I don't really care. I'd watch this solely for her.
