Kara no Kyoukai VII.

He's already practicing bribing grade school girls and knocking them unconscious.

He's doing a class job, too. In years to come his existence will come to be feared among children and parents alike, one'd think. On the other hand, Hitagi's rejection of children in general goes well with her personality; even more so since she's evidently fully aware of the cause. I'm siding with Oshino on this one - tsundere-chan, kowai desu~ Given the battering Araragi has sustained lately, he appears to appreciate having someone more evenly balanced in a battle of wits around, even if that means giving in to less admirable traits.
I also loved the OP. It was so... unexpected. Out of place, yet perfect. Still waiting for Hitagi to dragoon Araragi into a relationship though; given the evident lack of the bashful nature generally harboured by tsundere, I can't imagine her sitting on the fence indefinitely on this.

I got bored of waiting for my other weekly anime series (Umineko, Umi monogatari, and Tokyo Magnitude), so I grabbed all the current episodes of Canaan and Bakemonogatari. I had no idea what it was, who it was made by, the storyline, or anything about it. After the first episode I am bored, confused, and disappointed. There isn't a single element of this story that is believable. The dialogue had me wandering off into daydreams because it was boring me. The constant text was completely missed because I didn't want to pause the show every time a half-second wall of text appeared (honestly...can the Japanese even read fast enough to catch this?). I see wikipedia has it in the 'comedy' category where anidb doesn't. I think I have to agree with anidb. There wasn't anything funny, compelling, interesting, or exciting about this show. The girl with all the sharp school utensils is annoying and unbelievable as the character she was designed to be. The only thing I enjoyed was the artwork and that interesting pantsu shot right at the beginning. I'll keep watching until episode 3 in hopes it will get better, but if it keeps like this then I'm not wasting my time. I sure hope Canaan turns out better.

mmm didnt happen to me. . .
since the first episode i liked the animation style (it caught my attention) . . .and well the pausing thing,. . .well i did when the scenes were like 2 secs. . .but those .001 secs frames i wont be so specific to read them. . .but its really interesting. . .i loved episode 3. . .awesome stuff
Mezentius:
I've never watched a show in this style, I don't know if it's common, but I find it absolutely brilliant. The content of the episodes progressively improved through episode 3, but ep 4 was still great, and it gives me yet another great show to look forward to every week.

* just how many Anime you belive is Belivable ? l know what you mean but you could leave that comment out.
**reminds me of some GITS comment, listening to Japanese dub and following the on-screen text is easy, it's how l learned Japanese (spoken) to the current degree, so l can easily tell when there is a mistake in TL.
remember japanese don't need subs :]
l'll take a look at this anime later on, if l will be able to free up some space (wich is dubius ;] at least for the time being :} )
