hmmm?
Maybe I should jump in as well and try FS/N?
Got it sitting around just waiting for me to rub my hands on it.
Uh ... hold on ...

YES, Play the visual novel. It owns, period. Best VS I ever played. Very deep, connection between the characters is deep as well. Love it very, very much. Awesome music and sounds and it's in full voice. PM me for the game ;]

Calm down man he already said he has it.  Seriously though, start it already and get sucked into it just like everyone else.

I decided to give it a try and downloaded fate/stay night visual novel game.. :S
Not yet tried but I hope I would be happy for my decision :S
I'm almost certain you won't be disappointed. I just recently set Clannad on the back burner while I play the Umineko visual Novel. The music is epic.
The music in Umineko is amazing isn't it.  Only problem is its all in ogg so I had to convert what I wanted to mp3.

Also, a late thank you to erious and Arveene for those links at the beginning of the thread.

I wasn't being serious although it makes me realize I should use emoticons more often to avoid misunderstandings.

Anyway, I got Chaos;Head today and installed it. When I was looking for the patch the site I wound up on had two patches on it.  Does anyone have an opinion on the anti-fail and underwear patches as to which is superior.

The underwear patch is just nonsense. The story is more important.  ;D

Don't waste your time with the underwear patch. First off all, it has to be installed in a certain order. Then, after you get to the next chapter it has to be reinstalled, and then the TL patch AGAIN afterwards. Or was it uninstall, reinstall, underwear patch, tl patch. I forget. Basically, it's a mess to get working.

saidin: Did you install it while running under Japanese locale? It'd help me figure out what's causing ant900's problem. I think everything needs to be installed, and then you can switch back and run the game in AppLocale.

Thank you for warning me off the underwear patch.  As for the locale it is in Japanese which is a requirement for installing any visual novel I believe.

He just likes hot characters.

He's just like any other regular fanatic.

I've seen deeper, and I've gone deeper, now I'm probably just feeling lucky to be able to crawl back out of such obsessions.

I have a limit. =[ I liked too many, then I had to dump many and keep few.

I am currently in the process of playing 2 (slowly), played 2 in the past three weeks. http://forums.bakabt.me/index.php?topic=19739.0 is a thread about one of the ones I've finished.

The other one I played was Divus Rabies.

playing Princess waltz and Suika

Princess Waltz was a bit disappointing for me. I even forgot I had played it just two weeks ago until I looked it up.
