GA: Geijutsuku Design Class

After first ep, I think it's safe to say that if this wasn't on your "to watch" list already, then you can probably skip it. The premise is similar to Sketchbook or Hidamari Sketch, but it seems to be focused more on actual art school activities this time. There's some humor, there are some cute girls, and it's generally enjoyable. However, if you didn't see either of the aforementioned earlier titles, you're better of watching them rather then this.
Still, it's probably going to be one of my favorites this season, since it's exactly the kind of show I'm addicted to.

I already had this down for being one of my cute girl series this season, the art aspect is a bonus since Hidamari was generally underwhelming to me after Sketchbook. ^_^

Kind of surprised you were disappointed by Hidamari Sketch, it had yuri after all ;D
Anyway, GA seems to be more comedy-driven, whereas Sketchbook was more of a slice of life series.

Somehow I felt SHAFT's style didn't fit Hidamari Sketch as well as I thought it would, I'm not sure how to say it, perhaps I wasn't in the right mindset for watching it at the time.... I haven't watched x365 yet though. Sketchbook had some excellent comedic moments, and some genuinely loveable characters.

Anyhow, I'm liking the art for GA, and Miyuki Sawashiro's in it, and Yui Horie, and Haruka Tomatsu as well... icing on the cake.

EDIT: O.O Did I see a Portal reference?!
