according to MAL, I stopped watching it at ep6, so I'm assuming it was on ep6.

well i didn't thing that was what he did for a while cuz i was like ummm nah he can't be such a perv can he???? then later on he goes and say it him self i was like wow but yea lol. either way i though this was a very interesting series.

(click to show/hide)It actually wasn't her panties he was fapping to, it was her bra. Kinda sad, in a way. It was actually ep 4, not ep 6. I remember because Koi Kaze was the first series I ever collected on DVD as it came out. Ep4 was the last episode on disc 1, so I had to endure a 2-month cliffhanger after that event before continuing onward.
It's a real shame there aren't any dual-audio releases of this series, as it's got a damn good dub. Same studio as Hellsing, ROD TV, Haibane Renmei, Texhnolyze, Kamichu, Paranoia Agent, etc. At least the DVDs are cheap these days.

i really enjoyed the anime, although the scene in episode 4 with the whole awkwardness made me a bit uncomfortable. just...so wrong...but i have to agree. the forbidden aspects made the anime enjoyable. not something i would watch with my friends around though...
oh, and i thought the age difference was the most discomforting aspect. he could at least wait until she was 18...honestly i think he just had a loli-complex.
