Love Hina. 24 or 25 eps?

I'm a bit confused here.
anime planet and anime news network say 25 episodes. While Anibd says 24. Also the KAA site has it listed as [KAA]_Love_Hina_01-24.DVD(Complete)

what's the real deal here?

The 25th episode was a DVD only special, according to Wikipedia. Not sure why KAA has only 24.

It looks like it's been released by AHQ so if you want to see that then get their batch torrent.

Just look closer when searching.  ;)

odd that the DVD special wouldn't be on the complete dvd rip.
