first: I'd move my Bank account to switzerland and convert the value from Dollars to Euro; second: I'd invest everything with normal, riskless 3-5% interest. Initially I'd try to live on just as before, so people wouldn't know that I suddenly came to riches. Out of the ~21 Million interests, I'd buy a house or two every year and rent it out (preferably in New York, Munich, Tokyo or Oslo - where you can get high rents for apartments). Additionally I'd buy an apartment in Berlin where I would finish my master degree (and afterwards perhaps doctorate). Only the rents will be transferred to my bank-account here and I'd live off that during my studies. Afterwards I'd just try to find work like everyone else and work myself into a chemical company, look how everything works in free market and finally start my own company. By then I should already have at least 5 houses of my own plus my salary for working as qualified personnel. I'd start with my company in Germany (quality workers) and expand into Scandinavia. As soon as it has gotten big enough, I'd try to gain political influence - by lobbying for my interests in those four countries and I will apply for norwegian citizenship (as the only country outside the EU at the time). Having achieved that I will run for a political career in Norway and declare war on Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Germany. With my political influence in those countries I will try to convince them to surrender, before any casualties happen. Hopefully this war will find its way into history for having the least casualties of all times (the number being 0). I'd form a Panscandinavian Empire and free Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Germany from the EU. Ah - I didn't mention Iceland because that would just be given back to Norway

probably throw about 250 million of it into seperate banks in 500000$ increments into CDs or Low risk Bonds for like 5 years at 4-7% interest, use the other 50 mil to buy a nice care that is comfortable as fuck(probably osmething along the lines of a bmw 7 series)
Blow about 500k or 750k on a house. Set aside enough to pay assumed bills for said house for a decade. Put that in a money market account.

Use the remaining money to purchase as many homes as i can in shitty slums areas and bulldoze them to shit. Buyout people in slummy homes bulldoze all of it. And attempt to rebuild shitty neighborhoods forcefully Make it into a gated community within the slums,m with the money i make from that i will slowly exapnd it consuming areas like trenton, philadelphia and other similar places around the country.

I'd give 90% of the money to both charity and to those in need of it directly... making sure that whoever needs it more than I do gets it. Then I'd propably use a bit travelling around the world. Even after that I'd still have about 30 millions left to play with wich is perfectly more than enough for me to live the rest of my life without even having to work unless I want to.

Who needs big houses, pools, expensive cars and shit? At least I don't.

I could go into way more detail over this, but I'll try and keep it short
First thing I would do would be to sink about 5-10 million dollars into a new house built from the ground up with everything automated, everything digital, and everything over the top ridiculously high tech, with a garage about the size of an airplane hangar. I would then run my ass to several dealerships:
Subaru for an impreza STI
Audi for an RS4 and a R8
Ford for a GT500 and possibly a GT40 (The one that came out in 2003)
Hummer for a goddam hummer
Lotus for an Exige S
Lamborghini for a Mercialago
Ferrari for a 599
and probably every other dealership with a car that interests me.
I would then move on to get hard, legal copies of everything I have every downloaded in my life, including all my music, video games, and anime. From there I would contract a designer to go ape shit making the house look as modern as possible, with perfect organization of all my recent media purchases. I would build an epic manga/comic/book/magazine collection on top of that.
After that is all said and done, I would do something very out of character for myself and splurge on a decent wardrobe filled with decent clothes and ridiculous watches, sunglasses, and shoes.
After making sure my all my collections were as epic as possible, I would go crazy on tigerdirect and newegg stockpiling everything new and computer related to build several kick ass computers and start overclocking like a madman.
Once the comps are done, I'd move on and spend about 300,000 dollars on a home theater.
To be honest I would probably live like a playboy, wrecking cars because I get bored of them, buying anything shiny, etc etc.
Somewhere along the line I'd pay off family loans (if any) and pretty much spoil the shit outta everyone. I would also, most definitely, contribute regularly to charities considering 300,000,000 bucks is alot of goddam money.
Other than that, I'd probably buy lots of random properties across the globe, the first purchase being what ever I can get my hands on in or around Akiba :p
Then I'd hire a financial advisor, invest, pretty much do what I can to ensure the wealth stays within my family for as long as possible.
That is alot of money, so theres not much limit as to what you could do. I'd pretty much, after I took care of most of my sick greed and materialism, just try and experience everything I possible could :p

Buy a nice house in Japan. Make sure I have enough money to take more Japanese classes. Then I would spend some money on electronic items including an amazing computer, tons of harddrives, and a bunch of the biggest flat screen HDTVs I could get. The rest would all go for anime related things. I could buy tons of figures, wallscrolls, manga, dvds, or I could do something even crazier and purchase the life-size gundam in Japan, hollow it out, and live inside it. Imagine bringing a girl back to your house....only your house is a gundam. Either they would be impressed or disgusted, but they certainly won't soon forget you.

With 300 million I will buy some Pokemon shares...then I will buy some of Code Geass and probably renew it with another season(50m probably).After that,I'll celebrate with Paris Hilton.I will keep 50m for later investment.Shares at Real Madrid and at Marvel(another 50m each).So now I have 100m to spend...Of course I will buy the best PC,all PS3 games and an apartment in Manhattan.Then I will visit Stan Lee(and hopefully not mistake him with Hugh).Then I will take part in the best actory classes.

100M to deserving charities, particularly in my parents' home country.
100M as an anonymous donation to the university I'll be attending in the fall.
2-4M on nice houses for my parents and grandmother to live in.
Immediately splurge <$50,000 on random stuff, including the original Japanese DVDs of every show I've watched and at least somewhat enjoyed.
Split the rest among mutual funds, bonds, and cash to ensure that I have no financial worries for the rest of my life, and hopefully my estate will be significantly larger by the time I die so I can give that away too.

id have a new home built, more or less specifically designed to support servers/powerful computers/ect without blowing the fuck up, that would be maybe 1.2 million tops
get 6 high speed fiber optic lines (100/100) and run them as 1
Build some storage servers, and get a online file storage thing going (each server might cost about 15k-20k, and im building 4 of them)
Build a solid state high performance computer (i smell 11 grand here at least)
Build a NAS to end all NAS servers (40 grand)
Get every relative in my family a custom built home with everything paid for life (all utilities and food, about 50 million here)
Buy a small aircraft (a good Cessna is in order, and if they get their single jet engine model out soon, im gonna grab that) (depending on where i get it, 2-5 million)
Get a decent car, but nothing overkill or gaudy (a generic sports car is enough for me, 35 grand)
Put the rest in multiple bank accounts, and live off that for the rest of my life
and with the remaining 10k or so i have not in the banks, finally finish rebuilding my AGP rig

hell, even if i DID get 300 million, im gonna get a job regardless, because sitting on my ass all day ismost likely gonna result in me killing myself from sheer boredom >.>
