Yeah, this anime was great. Last episode was too. I especially liked the ending credits when it showed the previews from next season.
Now my dilemma is, should I wait for next season or begin reading the manga.... Hmm. :P

Saki's sister looks like shes gonna b some powerfull opponent!
but the most important thing is seeing nodoka and saki kiss. . . God when they started talking and refering to each other by their first name i was like "FKIN KISS HER BITCH!"

Too bad it didn't lean towards that way =[. I was hoping for the same lol.
I think having the sister be the most powerful is the obvious move since Saki has been wanting to play her and that is one of motive for Saki wanting to go to the Nationals in the first place.
I'm taking a wild guess and saying she will play her sister twice and the first time will crush her spirit for mahjong or Nodoka is going to play her and have her spirit for mahjong crushed and then they will play in the finals.

Id go with:
= saki's sister beats the crap out of nodoka =
= saki goes an . . .comforts ;D nodoka =
= after. . .ahem . .comforting her sexually with semi-explicit scenes
= saki goes and beats her sister after a fierce battle of thundering/magic/watery/demonized mahjong pieces!
or the other way around? (nodoka comforting saki)

Has anyone scored more than 18k points in a hand before in online Riichi Mahjong? I've been playing for nearly a week straight, and I cannot, absolutely cannot score higher than 18k points. I've been only playing computers though. But I've played 100's if not 1000's of hands/rounds and I figure as much as I play, I should have at least had a couple breaking 20k. I was playing yesterday, and the computer hit me with thirteen orphans. 42,000 points of craziness. I don't expect to get that kind of hand, I'd just be happy breaking 20k once.

Are there any guides online for Mahjong strategy that someone would recommend? I think I'm at the point where I know enough to be using some kind of strategy now. Maybe that's my problem. (Yes I know I shouldn't be focusing on single large digit wins, but it's more for a "I did it" kind of thing.)
