Are they real 720p or just an upscale ?!

I not sure about  Zan Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei 720p from Suimasen-Commie subs  and Kanamemo 720p from BANZAI subs. Are they real 720p ?

Could some one confirm about this ?

Most likely station upscales, not from the encoder.
