Are OP/ED worth it for series?

lsing in my heart, and my voice sux so l'll pass on voice singing, but l gotta say l do that rarely, for example, Fate was my favorite and l liked watching OP/ED, also Spice and Wolf was great for that, the second season OP/ED are rather sad so l try to skip them, l really enjoyed S&W ED for the first season, it was so lively and cheerful, l whish they returned to that mood more.

The only anime song that has even made me humming a bit was the OP of Neon Genesis Evangelion I think. I do often repeat them in my head though.

Maybe I'm just weird. Listening to music that I don't know puts me to sleep really quickly because I can't sing along with it. I sing along with every song, everywhere, no matter what it is. I sing Japanese karaoke at conventions, and I have a group of people from around the world that sings Japanese karaoke on the net (it's funny because we are all from different countries, we don't know eachother's languages, but we communicate through our 2nd language of Japanese). Like I said, everyone I've known has sung along with OP/ED's as well. I can't be the only strange person here if they started including karaoke lyrics for OP/ED. If you're worried about sounding stupid so you force yourself not to enjoy OP/ED's then I would say you have your own set of problems. There are, of course, those songs that are just completely uninspiring in anime that I usually just skip (School Days OP, Canaan ED, FSN 2nd OP, Bakemonogatari OP, Higurashi kai ED, etc.).

You'll need a little more precision than that.

Bakemonogatari has three episodes: 2 with no OP, and three with their own, unique OP.

Fate's opening and ending theme kick ass! I loooooooveee those themes, and even the new opening theme was great. I even have the opening song as my favorite and I listen to it daily, about 2-3 times at work or at home.
