If life had a meaning, we would have found it long ago.

the meaning of life is different for everybody

Christians to scientists

for Christians is to live correctly to go to heaven

for me is to grow, have a family and probably do something to be remembered for so that my existence could live forever.

And then when I die, respawn in another female

Why define the meaning, for each and every individual it differs because everyone wants something slightly different out of their life.  Why spend time and mind power on trying to find the meaning, knowing it would not give you a satisfying feeling at the end.  Just live life the best you can, and have as most fun as possible (if that is your goal of course).

Meaning of life? Well, amusement for me, the more I can get out of it, the better. So I guess the life is all about me.
For one thing, Tiff is not on any level what I would call a typical American.  She's not what I would consider a typical person.  I don't know any other genius geneticist anime-fan martial artist marksman model-level beauties, do you?

Agreed, life is the meaning you give it.

You might as well ask people what their favourite color is.

Gotta love the definitions that use the word in it. :)

For instance:
Red - The color red... Hooray... you freaking couldn't have used "crimson" instead?

Me say...

Life, the act of passing time via mental consciousness... or something like that.

Quite.

I know that its from the movie of The Hitch-Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy

Why God, why  :'(

Can someone tell me what that actually means?

Look here for an explanation. 42 is a nice number, mind; in the words of Adams, "a completely ordinary number, a number not just divisible by two but also six and seven. In fact it's the sort of number that you could, without any fear, introduce to your parents".
