Oh no, by all means, upload it.  I already have COR's DA (which is fine) and THORA's 720p (which is beautiful), so I don't really want another version.  I'd just put it up for easy-pickings adoption anyways.

Can anyone post the English AC3 Track.

Oftentimes, THORA puts the English audio track up on their bots.  You might try looking there first.

Or you could DL the E-D release, and extract the English AC3 from there. Honestly I don't see why Thora doesn't do dual-audio, at least on series like Utawarerumono where the English audio is actually on the Japanese Blu-Rays. It's not like people who are downloading huge 720p and 1080p files have space constraints. It's a lot easier for people who don't want English to remove it than it is for people who want it to deal with synch/delay and all that.
